LUE Productions, in partnership with 9Hunnit9, is proud to announce the inaugural Inland Empire Content Creator Awards, celebrating the region’s most talented and influential creators in music, entertainment, social media, and digital content.
The awards will take place on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM in San Bernardino, CA.
The Inland Empire Content Creator Awards aim to recognize and honor creators who inspire, entertain, educate, and make a meaningful impact in the community. From rising stars to established influencers, the awards will showcase creativity,
innovation, and the vibrant digital culture of the region.
“We are thrilled to shine a spotlight on the Inland Empire’s incredible creative talent,” said LuCretia Dowdy, Founder of LUE Productions. “This event not only celebrates creators who are shaping the digital landscape but also fosters community connection and professional growth in our region.”
The awards feature 15 categories including Entertainer of the Year, Best Video Content Creator, Rising Star, Audience Choice Award, and Legacy Creator, among others.

MORE about LuCretia Dowdy aka Lue Founder and CEO
Full BIO:
Lucretia Dowdy, a dynamic community activist and seasoned entertainment & public relations professional, calls San Bernardino, California her home. In her role as Community Specialist at First 5 San Bernardino, she orchestrates early education and family support programs, enriching the growth of children aged 0 to 5 and their families throughout San Bernardino County. Her spirited impact with the organization earned her the prestigious Award for Excellence from the County of San Bernardino in 2013.
Renowned as a weekly columnist for West Side Story Newspaper's "What It Do With Lue" and the Founder of LUE Productions, Lucretia is a driving force in showcasing emerging talent and artists in the Inland Empire. LUE Productions, her brainchild, specializes in events, media, and management, boasting a diverse portfolio that includes the annual My Music, My Mic Awards show, body-positive BBW Model Competitions, Show It Off! Youth Competitions, and various platforms empowering artists to thrive in the entertainment industry.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Lucretia coordinates annual initiatives within the Inland Empire to alleviate homelessness and advocates against violence and child abuse.
In 2020, Lucretia Dowdy assumed the role of Vice President for the Southern California Black Chamber of Commerce Inland Cities East Chapter, driving initiatives to empower local businesses and foster economic growth in the region. Recognizing her leadership and vision, she was subsequently appointed President in 2021, guiding the chapter towards inclusive prosperity and community advancement.
Additionally, Lucretia has established "Minding My Mental Fitness," a platform for women of all ages to decompress and engage in workouts, promoting the holistic health and wellbeing of women in a supportive environment.
Her contributions have been widely recognized, including honors such as the Entrepreneurship Recognition from the Southern California Black Chamber of Commerce in 2018, the Humanitarian Award from The Black Rose Foundation in 2019, the Award of Excellence from the County of San Bernardino in 2023, and acknowledgment from YWE Young Women’s Empowerment for her outstanding community service in 2024.
