Youth Showcase Details 2024

Lue Productions FALL Youth Talent Showcase and Competition

When – Saturday, September 28th
Time- 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Location – San Bernardino, CA

Our purpose and goal is to provide platforms for talented youth while helping to sharpen their skills as they aspire to be future artists.

Requirements:
· Must be 19 and under
· Must participate in 1-day workshop and documentary.
· Must sell 10 event tickets.

Entertainment Workshop will provide tips on the following:
· Interviews (red carpet, radio, print)
· Stage Presence
· Media & Marketing
· Goal Setting
· Wardrobe

Additional Details:
Judging Process:
· There will be an overall total of 10 judges.
· First round will consist of 7 youth judges.
· Second and final round will consist of three adult judges.

Performances will be judged on the following:
1. Stage Presence
2. Appearance
3. Audience connection
4. Originality
5. Pitch and Tone
Scoring (10 being the highest and 0 being the lowest)

Workshop Process:
· Workshop will be Sunday, August 25th
· Workshop will be from 9:30 am to 11:30 am
· Each act will have a chance to be interviewed for documentary.
· Photoshoot will take place same day.
Tickets:
· All participants will be required to sell 10 tickets.
· Ticket price for those 20 and up - $10.00 donation
· Ticket price for those 19 and under - $5.00 donation
· Tickets will be handed out at orientation date or sooner.
Forms: must be signed prior to event
· Hold Harmless Agreement
· Participation Agreement

Event Day:
1. The event will begin at 2:00 pm
2. Participants will be required to arrive by noon and must be at the venue no later than 1:15 pm for instructions.
3. Sound check will take place between noon and 1:00 pm and will be on a first come first serve basis.

Winnings: cash prizes comes with trophy and certificate
1st place $500
2nd place $300
3rd place $200

Our purpose and goal is to provide platforms for our youth while showcasing young talent.

Our nonprofit LUE Productions Community Umbrella Services is excited to add this new age range to its upcoming events showcasing talented tots from 3 to 5 years old.

If you think or know your child can dance, sing, play an instrument, recite poetry, act, or has another extraordinary talent this is the event for them to show it off.

Everyone’s a winner for the Tiny Tot’s got Talent - Talent Show.
• Each act will receive a certificate of participation along with a gift card.
• The winning act will receive a trophy, cash prize, and a gift card.
